Compassionate Assistant Program Manager

Dorian Archie

Dorian Archie is Community and Political Organizer, advocate, and motivational speaker.  Dorian is a graduate of Howard University’s John H.  Johnson School of Communication and has worked in a variety of capacities since graduating ranging from the Washington Interfaith Network and Industrial Areas Foundation to the Democratic National Committee and sitting on Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential “Committee on The Prevention of Gun Violence”. Dorian has largely dedicated his life to service but through his own journey with sickle cell he found that it was this community that could best be served by his passion for advocacy and his desire to champion underserved communities. Ultimately finding that the best way to see active change within the sickle cell community was to challenge himself and those within the community, [be they parents, practitioners, or patients] to take up their own fight for change
