Shanti’ is a strong community and social services professional, who has a Bachelor’s of Arts (B.A.), focused in Social Work from California State University, Fresno. Shanti’ has always had a passion for helping others and solving societal issues. She is experienced in Social Work, Case Management, Child Advocacy, Indian Child Welfare (ICWA), Negotiation and serving the judge on behalf of Fresno County foster youth. Shanti’ is a carrier of sickle cell trait and lost a good friend to sickle cell disease in 2010. This is what inspired Shanti’ to join Dr. Rowley in the mission of increasing the quality and longevity of the lives of those who suffer from sickle cell disease.
