Vanessa is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, emphasizing the importance of the mind-body-soul connection. She is dedicated to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients to practice stress management and deep breathing techniques. She inspires, guides, motivates, and empowers people to reach their health and wellness goals, in addition to delivering a deep and meaningful coaching experience. Furthermore, she has experience working with various communities in areas of wellness such as managing stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being, creating healthy behavior changes through physical activity, mindfulness, and much more. Using her knowledge and passion for health and wellness, Vanessa will happily support persons with SCD to become one step closer to improving their wellbeing.
