Celebration of Life

On Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 7:30 pm, during the 11th Annual Sickle Cell Disease Educational Seminar, we will be honoring our loved ones diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease whom have passed on.

Though you are welcome to attend the seminar and the Celebration of Life Ceremony, you do not need to be present to honor your loved one. Here are the details:

Step 1:

  • Submit a high-resolution photo of your loved one here – <>
  • In the caption, type their Name, Date of Birth, Date of Passing and Country.

  • The deadline to submit your photo(s) is Friday, August 2, 2019.We will be live streaming the event, so you can be present no matter where you reside.
