The day is finally here! We are thrilled to begin Day 1 of our 15th Annual Sickle Cell Disease Educational Summit.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today’s announcements are as follows:
- Bookmark our daily event page. We will use this page to keep you informed.
- Hotel Notifications
- The hotel will require a soft incidental hold if Cayenne Wellness Center covers your rooms. Don’t be alarmed. This hold will temporarily remove the money from your account but will be replaced within a few days. Please bring a credit card that is able to hold the fees temporarily. The fees may be as much as $100/day or more
- The conference rooms don’t have wifi, but Marriott Bonvoy does offer wifi to its members.
- Hotel directions for in-person attendees. When entering the main lobby entrance, stay on the right side and walk to the end of the hall, then make a right turn. There, you will see our registration booth and meeting rooms.
- In-person attendees, on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, we will begin the summit with appetizers at 1 p.m. PST.
- Remember to join us for game and puzzle night on Thursday, September 14, 2023, in Salon Rooms A and B.
