Footprints to Health
Body, mind, and emotions are all intimately interwoven. What we do for any part of ourselves impacts the rest of our being. Reflexology is a healing practice that attends to our wholeness, body, mind, and emotions. There are “reflex points” on our feet that correspond to organs and areas of our body. By gentle stimulation of these points, reflexology can positively influence health. It does this by creating a deep state of relaxation in which the body can tap into its own healing potential.
Benefits of Reflexology:
- Reflexology reduces stress and induces deep relaxation
- Reflexology improves circulation
- Reflexology cleanses the body of toxins and impurities
- Reflexology helps to balance homeostasis
- Reflexology revitalizes energy
Each 30 or 50-minute one-on-one session is led by a trained practitioner.
Available in-person at The Sanctuary’s calming Healing Room on Thursdays beginning at 12:00 pm.
