Joanie Green is from Riverside, California and holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Health from University of California, San Diego. She has a passion for public health and working with the community to improve health outcomes. In the past Joanie has served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Botswana where she learned from and worked with the community to improve the HIV/AIDS situation. Cayenne Wellness’s mission to improve the lives of people with Sickle Cell and work with communities to improve health outcomes inspired Joanie to pursue a career with the organization. In her free time she enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
