Around the same time, Trai icarT was diagnosed with Sickle Beta Thalassemia, she discovered a passion for the arts as early as 5 years old. A few years later she was accepted into the Skills Enrichment Program and Gifted and Talented Program (G.A.T.E.) of Pasadena Unified School district. Through these opportunities she was encouraged to cultivate her craft and took an interest in fine art.
Trai studied Studio Art at Pasadena City College and later decided to travel to study many famous art pieces up close. She has traveled to over 16 countries to immerse herself in the arts and culture of Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
