Celebration of Life
On Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 6:20 pm, during the 13th Annual Sickle Cell Disease Educational Seminar, we will be honoring our loved ones diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease whom have passed on.
If you would like your loved one to be honored at this year’s Celebration of Life Ceremony, follow these details:

stop22510 - In the caption, type their Name, Date of Birth, Date of Passing and Country.
Example: Charlie Brown • DOB: 1.1.1940 • DOP: 1.1.2019 • Brazil - The deadline to submit your photo(s) is Friday, August 13, 2021.
There is no limit on the number of Celebration of Life honorees.
